摘要

Project scheduling problem is to determine the schedule of allocating resources so as to balance the total cost and the completion time. This paper considers a type of project scheduling problem with uncertain activity duration times. According to management goal, an uncertain programming model for this problem is proposed in this paper in which the expected duration time is to be minimized under total cost chance constraint. Moreover, a hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve this model is given by integrating 99-method and genetic algorithm. Besides, some properties of this model are studied to simplify the hybrid intelligent algorithm. Finally, a numerical example is presented in order to illustrate the effectiveness of hybrid intelligent algorithm.
