摘要

The paper deals with the development of a model that allows to obtain digital material representation of given parameters. The parameters that must be assured by the code are as following: general shape of the grains and given distributions of the grain size, crystallographic orientation and boundaries disorientation angle.
To obtain the declared goal the frontal cellular automata are firstly used as a tool for the creation of the basic microstructure characterized by general shape of the grains. Grain sizes distribution can be obtained by different ways. One of the methods is based on a selection of nucleation conditions and growth of the grains. After the creation of microstructure, crystallographic parameters are established. Distribution of the crystallographic orientation and boundaries disorientation angle can be obtained independently or as associated parameters. Some examples of microstructure with different grain size distribution are presented in the paper.
