摘要

The dynamic performances of head cutter for boom-type excavator were researched, and the corresponding dynamic equilibrium equations were derived. Based on the explicit dynamics analysis techniques of the Software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, transient dynamic analysis was carried out to simulate the cutting process of head cutter, and the main kinetic parameters were achieved. Finally, the cutting performances of header cutter under different cutting speed and cutting angles were comparatively analyzed. Simulation results show that dynamic analysis provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the cutting head.
