摘要

A new type of polyaluminum silicate chloride (TEOS-PAC) was prepared by mixing tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) with polyaluminum chloride (PAC). Based on being the most active ingredients, the aluminum (b) and silicon (b) species characteristics in TEOS-PAC were investigated by Al-Ferron and Si-Mo complexation-timed spectrophotometric methods respectively, which was compared with the conventional product (PS-PAC). The aluminum (b) species characteristics were further validated by 27A1 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The results show that TEOS-PAC has a lower content of the Al (b) species and higher content of the Al (13) species. The different effects of Si/Al molar ratio on the contents of aluminum (b) and silicon (b) species are decided by basicity. Silicon (b) species characteristics of TEOS-PAC are more obvious.
