摘要
The presented article includes a general overview of the ability of adjustment in construction (adaptivity of structural properties), adaptive architectures and especially adaptive prestressed structures. Adaptivity is defined as the active structural selfadjustment of a system and illustrated by general examples. Possible potential of adaptive prestressing is quoted and previous projects are outlined. Usable technologies for implementation of adaptive prestressed structures and vital criteria for a selection are presented. Advantages of a Fuzzy Logic based adaptive closed-loop control system are pointed out and fundamental basics are given.
