摘要

Relying on the TIP analytical framework, this paper builds up a DEA-Malmquist index which reflects dynamic changes of China';s 30 provinces'; (or municipality) patent product efficiency during 2000-2008, and gives exploratory analysis and modeling explanation based on spatial econometric analysis method. The result shows that there is a rising trend of outcome performance of provincial patent product efficiency, with obvious pattern of spatial auto-correlations, which almost fits with that of the Hu huanyong line. Within the Country scope, the efficiency of patent output growth has been widely benefited from the level of regional economic development and urbanization, as well as the industrial structure, but less from the amount of transactional value from technical market and the performance indicator by human resources with higher level of education.
