摘要

In this paper nanofibrillated cellulose(NFC) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers with different deniers were used to prepared mask filter material through wet-laid papermaking technology, and the influence of NFC content, fineness of PET fiber and basis weight of the material on the properties of the prepared filter material were studied. The experimental results showed that the content of NFC was the main factor affecting the performance of the filter material. When the content of NFC exceeded 13.5 g/m2, the filtering efficiency of PM2.5 were higher than 95%. At the same time, both basis weight of filter material and PET fiber fineness affected the sponginess of the filter material, which in turn affected the filtering performance and permeability. The optimal filter material formulation was 30% NFC, 50% 0.1 dtex PET fiber, 5%0.7 dtex PET fiber, 5%1.5 dtex PET fiber, 10% bicomponent PET fiber, basis weight was 45 g/m2. The prepared NFC protective mask had a filtering performance of Class I (>99%) in the nation standard GB/T 32610-2016 and a protective effect of Class A.
