摘要

A colorimetric probe L1 bearing azosalicylic aldehyde of benzoyl hydrazone was synthesized. The binding property of the sensor with anions, such as F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, CH3COO-, H2PO4-, HSO4-, ClO4- and CN-, was examined by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The result showed probe L1 had a single selectivity colorimetric recognition for CN- in DMSO/H2O (5:5, V/V) binary solutions. When CN- was added to the solution of L1, a dramatic color change from colorless to red was observed, while the other anions did not cause noticeable changes, which indicates that the probe could detect CN- by naked eyes. The detection limit for CN- was 1.3 mu mol.L-1 by UV-Vis spectroscopy. Furthermore, test strips based on sensor L1 was fabricated.
