<jats:p>At present, the application of project cost management information system has become a trend. The development of project cost management information system in our country is relatively later. Because project cost management information system is lack of unified network, imperfect system module, lower personal qualities, and so on, it does not play proper role. The article analyzes construction of project cost management information system from overall design and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.</jats:p>
