摘要
Methyl jasmonate was synthesized from cis-4-heptenoic acid via acylation, aminolysis, grafting, deprotection, cyclization etc. in seven steps. The procedure was simple and suitable for industrialization. The product structures were characterized by H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
