A functional approach to Toeplitz Bezoutians

The Bezoutians have many important applications in numerical computing, control theory, system identification, and networks and signal processing. A functional approach is used to characterize the properties of Toeplitz Bezoutians. The Barnett-type factorization and an intertwining relation similar to those of Hankel Bezoutians for this kind of matrix are obtained.
