摘要

Aiming at the mixed production lines optimization of complex product, a method based on process route optimization was proposed to improve the production lines' stability. A directed production network model was constructed by using complex network theory to analyze the topological feature of network deeply. On the basis of analyzing vulnerability and robustness of the network, together with taking into consideration factors such as machine failures and improper job-shop scheduling, the stability of production lines was evaluated by Network Brittleness Risk Estimate NBREF). To improve the stability of production line, an optimization model combining NBREF and manufacturing cost was built. An aerospace engine blade product line was introduced to verify the presented method, and the results confirmed the effectiveness of the optimization method.
