摘要

In order to improve the metro emergency response system and reduce the loss resulting from accidents, a multi-functional emergency rescue station planning and siting model is proposed based upon the current metro operation network. The proposed solution aims at optimal site identification, taking into consideration minimum emergency stations, quick response and cost effectiveness synthetically. In addition to a theoretical analysis, an empirical research is also carried out with the metro system in Nanjing, capital city of Jiangsu province in China as an example. As concluded by the research above, feasible is a formal description of the application of complex network theory to metro operation systems; The topological characteristic of a metro system is describable, and it is reasonable to achieve the description with indexes such as degree and betweenness, so as to distinct one station from another;By substantiation, a multi-objective optimization model can be verified to obtain a scheme that to the largest extent meets emergency rescue station selections for Nanjing metro system.
