In this paper, we approximate homomorphisms in non-Archimedean C*-algebras and non-Archimedean Lie C*-algebras and of derivations on non-Archimedean C*-algebras and non-Archimedean Lie C*-algebras for the following Jensen type functional equation
f(x+y/2) + f(x-y/2) = f(x).
