摘要
A Coulomb equivalent screened Coulomb potential is proposed for solving the Schrodinger equation and/or the Calogero first order differential equation, where some critical range bands are obtained. Phase shifts for "any" two-charged particle system (from electron-electron to heavy ion-heavy ion) are reproduced by using the universal critical range bands and the appropriate Sommerfeld parameter over a very wide energy region. A Coulomb-like off-shell amplitude is introduced using two-potential theory without employing the usual Coulomb renormalization method.
