A novel FDTD matched load model of microstrip line

An effective FDTD load model matching a microstrip line is obtained by connecting a parallel capacitor to the resistive load in a proper rule. Numerical results indicate that the matched characteristics are significantly improved when this RC load terminates a microstrip line.
