摘要

PVDF-Al2O3 micro-spores membranes were prepared by the phase inversion process in different amounts of Al2O3 in the samples. Using N, N-dimethylformamide as solvent and water as coagulating bath. The membranes were characterized by SEM, FTIR, TGA, AC impedance and linear scan voltammeter methods. The results indicate that the composite membrane performs the best when mass ratio of PVDF and Al2O3 is 1: 0.1, with liquid uptake rate of 79.8%, fracture strength of 15.15 MPa and ionic conductivity of 0.41 mS/cm. The electrochemical character of the gel polymer electrolyte is stable under 5.5 V.
