摘要

Bacterial cellulose (BC)/SiO2 hybrid aerogels filled with SiO2 nano particles between the cellulose fibrils were prepared. BC aerogels prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO(2)) drying of BC alcogel showed a high liquid uptake ability. Therefore, the silanol sol converted from tetraethoxysilane penetrated rapidly between fibrils and subsequently gelated uniformly in the pores of BC aerogels. Measurements of dynamic viscoelasticity, compressive stress-strain curves, and thermogravimetry of BC/SiO2 hybrid aerogels showed the improvements in modulus, compressive stress, and thermostability with increasing amounts of SiO2.
