摘要
A 3D body measurement system was developed for clothing manufacturing. The one of the advantages of the system is portable. The system is consisted of a pair of digital cameras, a digital light projector and a rotating device. The structured light is projected onto the body surface for improving stereo matching, the body images are captured by two cameras in pairs at the same time from different angle, the rotating device turn the body at 1800 in order to take images from front and back of the body. It is possible to take the system to somewhere easily since the system with light weight and easy installation. The environment of applying this system are general and not so strict with darkroom and large area. The principle for the system is stereo vision. A new approach of the stereo matching is applied and the calibration procedure is simplified.
