A Structure Model for tau(2)-Al13Co4 Deduced by the Strong Reflections Approach

The similarities of Al13Co4 and tau(2)-Al13Co4 are compared in reciprocal space and the relationship of the two structures is described. The structure factors of tau(2)-Al13Co4 are derived from that of Al13Co4. With the calculations of 3D map by 3D inverse Fourier transformation using eMap, a structure model for tau(2)-Al13Co4 is obtained.
