摘要

In this study,four-grade wood fibers with decreasing dimension were obtained by screening, and separately arranged in parallel on a glass slide at a certain interval to explor the effect of the individual wood fiber dimension to haze of fiber. Finally, the paper made from different-grade wood fibers was combined with carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)by impregnation to prepare high transmittance wood fiber/CMC composite film, and the influence of wood fiber dimension on the optical properties of the composite film was uncovered. The results showed that the fiber dimension was proportional to the light scattering effect of individual wood fiber and composite film, the effect on transmittance was not significant. As the decrease of wood fiber dimension, the haze of individual wood fiber decreased from 7. 2% to 2. 9%,and the haze of the cellulose composite film declined from 83. 1% to 71. 9%,suggesting that large-size wood fiber was an ideal raw material for the preparation of high transmittance cellulose composite film with high haze.
