摘要

The influence of three different sintering preparation methods: nitrogen atmospheric sintering, atmospheric pressing sintering and atmospheric hot pressing sintering on the density of AIN/BN is studied in this paper. The results indicate that atmospheric hot pressing sintering is the best preparation method. Using this method, the machinable AIN/BN Composite material with excellent heat conduction is prepared. And the density, thermal conductivity, strength, hardness of the sample based on the different content of BN is studied. At last, the spread of the crack is analyzed by the micrograph and the mechanism of the machining performance being improved is explained.
