摘要

The identification system of impact location is constructed by a fiber Bragg grating (FBG)sensor network, and the spectrum characteristics analysis and data template matching algorithm are used to identify the impact location. The impact signal characteristic extraction method is used to impact the same position twice under the same energy, and the analysis shows that the two impact signal amplitude frequency characteristics are highly similar. The relationship between impact location and signal characteristics is obtained by changing impact position, and the identification method of low velocity impact area location based on extracting impact signal amplitude frequency characteristics is proposed. Using the extracted impact sample amplitude frequency characteristics, the low velocity impact data template library is built, and then using data template matching algorithm, the maximum similarity is searched to achieve identification of impact location. The results show that for arbitrary 10 impact points on the 500 mm×500 mm×2 mm carbon fiber reinforced plastics plate under test, the system can realize accurate identification of impact location, and the regional location accuracy is 80 mm ×80 mm. The research results provide a scientific and reliable method for the identification of impact location of the carbon fiber composite material plate.
