摘要
We present a 46-year-old woman with bilateral brachial arterial fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) causing a systolic murmur in the antecubital fossa of the bilateral brachial. The diagnosis relied on angiography, by which "string-of-beads" sign in bilateral brachial arteries was found. The literatures on bilateral brachial arterial fibromuscular dysplasia were reviewed.
