摘要

For multi-labels classification, a multi-labels classification algorithm based on maximal-margin minimal-volume hypersphere support vector machine and fuzzy theory is proposed. Use 1-a-r maximalmargin minimal-volume hypersphere support vector machine to get several pairs of concentric hyperspheres, obtain membership vector of the sample to be classified according to the pairs of concentric hyperspheres, finally give the labels that the sample to be classified belongs to according to the membership vector. The experimental results show that the algorithm has higher classification performance on macro-average precision, macro-average recall and macro-average F1, compared with the old multi-labels classification algorithms.
