摘要

Based on digital image processing technology, this paper promotes an evaluation method for anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixtures. The asphalt pavement analyzer (APA) is applied to evaluate the rut depth of AC-13F, AC-13C and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures added different kinds of asphalt. Results show that the gradations and compaction methods are the main factors which determine the initial spatial chrematistics of mixtures; the amount of initial contact points reflects the anti-rutting performance of mixtures; asphalt binders are the main factor that influences the spatial variations during the rutting tests.
