摘要

Aiming at the detector filling rate not equaling to 1 and there existing contraposition bias in actual micro-scanning system, the corresponding sub-pixel thermal imaging algorithm was investigated. It was demonstrated that high resolution sub-pixel imaging could still be obtained by appropriate sub-pixel processing technology. An algorithm adaptive to rapid real-time processing was presented. The influences of filling rate and contraposition bias on reconstructed images were analyzed. The algorithm provides a theoretical guide for the assembly of actual sub-pixel imaging system and debugging of the processing algorithm. The realization of this algorithm will have an important significance in improving the technological performance of scanning thermal imaging system.
