摘要
Effects of Pb2+ on photosystem activities, cyclic electron flow (CEF) and proton motive force of aquatic fern Microsorum pteropus Blume were evaluated. Roots and shoots of M. pteropus accumulated high concentration of Pb2+ after exposure to 5 mg/l Pb2+ for 7 days. Quantum yield of photosystem I (PSI) and II (PSII) decreased with increasing Pb2+ concentration.
