摘要

The transportation mode and routes choice behaviors were investigated and analyzed considering the uncertainty of travel time in the multi-mode urban transportation network consisting of both roadway and railway. Based on travel time budget, a multi-mode and multi-class user equilibrium traffic assignment model was proposed. A path-based traffic assignment algorithm, which was suitable for non-additive feature of path cost, was designed to solve the traffic equilibrium model. The results show that the traffic demand level, network degradation and the traveler';s travel reliability have the significant impact on the choice of transportation mode and routes: with the increase of traffic demand or road network degradation level, the railway transit mode will gain more user share; and the higher reliability demand the travelers have, the more of them will choose railway transit.
