摘要

Cassava dregs were separately hydrolyzed by α-amylase, glucoamylase and cellulase, the optimal enzyme dosage of these enzymes were 2500U/g starch, 2000U/g starch, 120U/g cellulose, respectively. When the concentration of α-amylase and glucoamylase were fixed as 2500U/g starch, the hydrolysis efficiency decreased with the increase of substrate concentration. The hydrolysis efficiency of glucoamylase is lower than that of α-amylase.For cellulase, when the enzyme dosage was 120U/g cellulose and the substrate concentration was 5%, the glucose in cassava dregs was completely hydrolyzed. In order to improve glucose concentration, the combination of α-amylase and glucoamylase could be good for conversion of starch to sugar. The dosages of these two enzymes were 2500U/g starch, 3000U/g starch, respectively.Under this condition, when the substrate concentration is 5% and 15%, the glucose concentrations treated by the two enzymes are 28.98g/and 62.04g/L, and the hydrolysis efficiencies are 100% and 78.7%.
