摘要

Objective. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlodipine 5 mg/indapamide 1.25 mg/perindopril 5 mg fixed combination in patients with uncontrolled hypertension. Material and Methods: We included in this open 12-week study 42 patients (22 men and 20 women). Inclusion criteria were the following: age >= 18 years, systolic blood pressure (BP) >= 140 and < 160 and diastolic BP >= 90 and < 100 mmHg at 2 consecutive visits despite antihypertensive therapy with two drugs other than amlodipine or indapamide or perindopril, absence of contraindications to amlodipine, indapamide and perindopril. In all patients we performed office BP measurements in the lying position at each visit, orthostatic hypotension test, laboratory tests (hematology, creatinine, urea, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, uric acid, fasting glucose, total protein, triglycerides, total cholesterol, AST, ALT, GGT, proteinuria). Results. Target BP was achieved in 90% patients. The mean decrease in SBP at 12 weeks of treatment was 21.54 mm Hg, diastolic BP - 15.31 mm Hg. The most common adverse event was hypokalemia (in 2.7% of patients).
