摘要

The LaDy0.1Fe11.4T0.1Si1.5(T=Mn, Fe, Co) alloys were prepared by arc melting. XRD analysis show that the LaDy0.1Fe11.4T0.1Si1.5(T=Mn, Fe, Co) alloys consist of the NaZn13-type cubic phase (P4/nmn).The magnetic measurement indicates that the Curie temperature of the alloys increase with decreasing atom radius of substitution atom T. Magnetic entropy changes -Delta S-m are calculated from the isothermal magnetizations by the Maxwell relation, the maximum values of the magnetic entropy change are 12.3, 25.0 and 11.4 J/kg.K, respectively.
