摘要

Polyaniline was in situ immobilized on pine sawdust via the oxidative polymerization of aniline. Anchorage of the polyaniline in the surface layer has been confirmed by IR spectroscopy and diffuse reflectance electronic spectra (DRES). It was found that the pine sawdust coated by polyaniline had high adsorption activity with respect to W(VI) anions regardless the acidity. The maximum quantity of Mo(VI) and Cr(VI) ions were removed under the acid conditions, whereas V(V) and P(V) ions were adsorbed from the alkaline solutions. The high value of Cr(VI), Mo(VI), W(VI) and V(V) ions adsorption by the adsorbent synthesized, took place within a day in a steady state, with periodic stirring of the mixture. The immobilization of polyaniline on the surface of pine sawdust doubled the quantity of Cr(VI) ions adsorbed, increased the adsorption capacity with respect to W(VI) and Mo(VI) and V(V) anions. The possibility of regeneration (more than 90%) of the tungsten, molybdenum and chromium adsorbed by the modified sawdust was shown. First, the adsorbent was burnt off, then the metals were extracted by alkaline melting and, finally, the melts formed were washed out by water. The extraction degree of vanadium compounds by this method was in the range of 16-54%.
