摘要
A series of new N-substituted quinoline-3-carbonitrile derivatives were synthesised by the three-component reaction of N-substituted 5,5-dimethyl-3-aminocyclohex-2-enone, an arylaldehyde, and malononitrile catalysed by L-proline in ethanol at 80 degrees C.
