Bladder injury during inflatable penile prosthesis implantation is a rare complication. Previous pelvic surgery or radiation can predispose to this unusual complication. We describe a case where the inflatable penile prosthesis reservoir was implanted into the urinary bladder. UROLOGY 76: 847, 2010.
