摘要

A new type of linear motor based on non-resonant vibration with piezoelectric stacks has been investigated. The sandwich -type structure of stator has been produced according to the mechanical properties and the operating principles of piezoelectric stacks. The friction drive model under non-resonant vibration condition has been proposed and the elliptical trajectory excited at driving top has been proved theoretically. The prototype was investigated by experiments and it can operate steadily in a wide frequency range. The velocity of the motor is approximately linear to the exciting voltage and frequency. And the no-load speed is 2.8 mm/s, the thrust is 3.5 N on condition that the operation voltage is 100 V, the frequency is 1.6 kHz and the pre-pressure is 45 N.
