摘要
Pellet samples of Na1-xKxNbO3 (0.12 x 0.20) were prepared by solid state reaction method. With varying composition, the observed break in the X- ray diffraction peak shifting tendency, the slope change anomaly in the c/a vs. x plot, and the anomalous change in the dielectric properties identify a morphotropic region in the composition range between x = 0.17 and 0.18.
