摘要
The asymmetric cross-aldol reaction of alpha,alpha-disubstituted acetaldehydes with commercial ethyl glyoxylate polymer was successfully catalyzed by diphenylprolinol silyl ether 3 to generate all-carbon quaternary stereogenic centers with good enantioselectivity.
