摘要

Waterborne epoxy curing agent of urethane-modified fatty amine based on oil and fat (CA-B) was synthesized from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-6), toluene diisocyanate (TDI), tetraethylenepentamine and acrylonitrile. Complexed CA-B consist with waterborne epoxy latex AB-EP-20, AB-EP-44 and AB-EP-51 respectively. It is understandable after analysis that the overall properties of the curable system CA-B/AB-EP-44 are best. The effects of the molar ratio of epoxy group and amine hydrogen on the properties of the cured film for CA-B/AB-EP-44 system were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry method and the mechanical properties. The results indicate that the optimum properties are as follows flexibility 1 mm, pencil hardness 2 H, adhesion 1, impact resistance ≥60 kg&middotcm, alcohol infiltration capacity 15.3% (24 h), when the molar ratio of epoxy group to amine hydrogen is 1.1:1. Under the conditions, the mechanical properties of the curing system has reached the level of the domestic commercial products of contrast sample I and contrast sample II.
