摘要

In this article, the planar layered finite frequency selective surface (FSS) is analyzed by the mixed potential integral equation. The multiresolution (MR) preconditioned multilevel UV method is applied to accelerate the matrix-vector multiplication. The MR preconditioning technique is based on the construction of MR basis junctions, which are constructed as linear combinations of Rao-Wilton-Glisson (RWG) basis functions. Therefore, the MR-preconditioner allows direct application to the multilevel UV method with RWG basis functions to speed up the convergence of the generalized minimal residual iterative solver. Numerical results demonstrate that the MR preconditioned multilevel UV method is efficient for the analysis of planar layered finite FSSs.
