摘要
The nitridation behavior Of MoSi2 was investigated in nitrogen atmosphere under the pressure of 0.9 MPa, respectively at 1400, 1500, 1600 and 1700 degrees C for 3 h. XRD, SEM and EDS results showed that the final production consisted mainly of Mo5Si3 and Si3N4 Small amounts Of SiO2 and Si2N2O were also identified in the nitriding samples. Si3N4 content increased with the increase of nitriding temperature. The morphology Of Si3N4 grains was needle-like.
