摘要
Two fluorescent switchable diarylethene derivatives which exhibit high affinity for amyloid-beta aggregates with the increase of fluorescence intensity were reported. Moreover, the probes show excellent photochromic and anti-photobleaching properties both in vitro and in vivo.
