Application of liability insurance in the compensation for administrative expropriation sphere

There are some problems in the compensation for administrative expropriation sphere of our nation. To deal with the problems, the liability insurance is introduced into the compensation for administrative expropriation sphere to preserve the interests of the citizens who have been expropriated and deal with the emergency. The feasibility and necessity of liability insurance are analyzed, and the operation mechanism about the liability insurance is demonstrated. Some ideas about the compensation for administrative expropriation liability insurance are presented. It is demonstrated that introducing liability insurance into the compensation for administrative expropriation sphere is practicable, and the plan of the compensation for administrative expropriation liability insurance is proposed.
