摘要

A novel type of hydrogen peroxide biosensor was prepared. First, a stable Prussian Blue (PB) film was electrodeposited on glassy carbon electrode by applying constant potential. After that, the derivative of 3 4,9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride containing amino group was immobilized on the surface of PB by self-assembly, which can effectively prevent the leakage of PB. Then the composite of nano-gold and horseradish peroxidase (HRP-Au) was successful immobilized onto the above prepared film to construct the hydrogen peroxide biosensor via the effect of electrostatic adsorption and process of covalent bonding. The performance of the biosensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and the chronoamperometry. The proposed biosensor exhibited high sensitivity, broader linear range, a lower detection, excellent stability as well as good selectivity for H(2)O(2) determination. And the linear range was from 2.0 x 10(-6) to 1.2 x 10(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 8.3 x 10(-7) mol/L (S/N = 3).
