A study of the priority vector of the fuzzy reciprocal matrix

In this paper, we introduce two concepts, the fuzzy consistency index and the fuzzy consistency ratio, investigate some properties of the consistent fuzzy matrix, propose two algorithms to transform the fuzzy reciprocal matrix into the consistent fuzzy matrix and calculate its corresponding priority vector. Finally, we use two numerical examples to illustrate our proposed algorithms reasonably.
