摘要
One new ergostane steroid, ergosta-4,6,8,22E-tetraen-11 beta-ol (1), together with five known analogues (2-6), was isolated from the fruiting bodies of Coprinus setulosus for the first time. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of 1D and 2D spectroscopic data as well as MS. The inhibitory activity of these isolates against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) showed that compound 1 exhibited weak inhibitory activity.
