摘要
IEEE 802.11 MAC (Medium Access Control) protocol. The most important standard for wireless ad hoc network is a key topic for wireless network performance. Based on the strong points in the literature, and an accurate performance model for DCF (Distributed Coordination Function) is proposed by introducing the properties of retry limitation, busy medium and non-saturation issue. An extensive set of simulations and numerical calculations validate our model by showing high accurate results.
