摘要

Studies concerning biomechanical reactions during orthodontic displacements have been simulated by Finite Element Method in different situations when varying intensities of the vertical forces were applied in the middle part of the incisal area of the upper central incisor. A comparative analysis of biomechanical reactions, stress and displacements, has been also developed. The distribution of displacements and stress depending on the force direction has been highlighted and groups of characteristics for these values have been traced out in order to obtain a correct comparison of the effect when vertical force intensity is increased.
