摘要
The mixture of nano-Al2O3 and iron powder were chosen to serve as surface modification material for powder metallurgy parts of iron base-body and laser cladding was used as surface modification technology on powder metallurgy parts. Wear experiment scheme was designed by experiment optimization method. The MM-200 wear machine was employed for wear experiment. It was found in the experiments that the anti-wear of powder metallurgy parts with nano-Al2O3 surface modification layer was obvious improved. The experimental results were analyzed in statistical and the regression equation was got effecting the anti-wear. It can be analyzed from the regression equation that the content of nano-Al2O3 and loads are both significant factors, and loads are more obvious effects than the content of nano-Al2O3 on wear resistance. The wear weight contrast curve showed that the wear weight was almost the same with loads in increasing when the content of nano-Al2O3 was 4% and 8%.
