摘要
In this paper, transmission system of 2500 tons transfer press was introduced. Six-bar linkages are used in the system. Curves of displacement, velocity, and acceleration of some six-bar linkage optimized were given. Main structure of the press is designed comprehensively considering its usage, assembly, modularization, lightening, strength, stiffness, technology, bearing offset load and so on. The main structure of the press is analyzed, checked and optimized by the ANSYS software and others.
